Minimum order value
A minimum order value of 15.- € applies to all orders.
Shipping time
Shipping takes place in 1-2 days after receipt of order. For orders with engraving up to max. 3 days after receipt of order. Express delivery possible upon request for an additional charge.
Shipping within Germany
Normal shipping route: 5,90 EUR gross
Free shipping costs from an order value of 130,00 EUR gross.
We deliver with DHL / Deutsche Post. It is of course possible to send to a DHL Pack Station.
Delivery to packing stations / post offices
The shipment to parcel stations or post offices is made with DHL. Please specify the row for the road at the shipping address - under Road - the Packstation number and your postal number - for this purpose. It is also possible to send to the post office. Please also include the post office and your postal number under "Straße".
Outside the Federal Republic of Germany, we send the goods by post on the most lowest insured route.

Flat rate up to 5kg parcel weight, incl. Postal insurance. If your order significantly exceeds the weight of 5kg, we reserve the right to increase the shipping costs; this will be coordinated with you in any case before the delivery leaves our house.
Unsuccessful dispatch
If the transport company returns the shipped goods to the seller, since delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful shipping - currently in the amount of € 6.00. This does not apply if the customer exercises his right of withdrawal by refusing acceptance, or if he is not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of service.
Complaints
If a defect occurs, we will deliver replacements or remedy the error. If this is not possible within a reasonable period of grace (for example, because the article is out of print), we offer you an appropriate reduction of the invoice amount.
Please check the conformity of the content and invoice immediately upon receipt of the shipment. If the delivery is incorrect, please return the goods to us as soon as possible. We ask you to ensure us a copy of the invoice and briefly inform us about the error.
Return guarantee
Check the goods for 14 days in peace at home! In case of no occurring, simply return the goods to us with the invoice and a short indication of the reason. Please do not ship unfranked parcels back, here Costs of 18 € are do, that we would have to subtract from the refund.
