The 3M™ Littmann® Classic III™ Stethoscope is a reliable clinical tool with high acoustic sensitivity for general assessment of physical status. It is equipped with dual-frequency adjustable diaphragms and features an improved design that makes cleaning and maintenance easier.

Two-sided chestpiece with dual-frequency diaphragms on both the adult and child sides.
The one-piece adjustable dual-frequency cone is easy to install and even easier to clean as it has a smooth surface with no seams.
The pediatric side can be converted to a traditional open bell by replacing the one-piece diaphragm with a non-chill ring.
The small side (with covered open funnel) is useful for children and small or thin patients, as well as for bandages and carotid artery examination.

Engraving

This Littmann stethoscope Classic III can be engraved with a laser to protect it from theft, for example. It is possible to engrave on the chest piece (max. 25 characters) or on an ear hook (max. 30 characters). You can choose Arial (left image) or Lucida Calligraphy (right image) as the font.
